“28280” “6041e6c78e774 The best from our land” Hulled hemp seeds are produced by carefully separating the outer shell of the hemp seed. In comparison to unhulled hemp seeds, the hulled seeds contain a higher percentage of protein (30 grams of seeds contain 9.7 grams of protein), as well as omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. They are softer, with a nutty texture, and have a milder, more neutral taste resembling that of pine nuts. They have a wider range of applications (due to their taste and texture) and are more likely to be found enjoyable by all age groups, especially children and the elderly. They also contain microminerals – magnesium, iron, potassium, and phosphorus, as well as vitamins – E, B1, B2, and B6. Hemp seeds have a low glycaemic index. When consuming them, blood glucose level rises slowly; therefore hemp is also suitable in the case of diabetes.

Recommended to use them as a healthy snack or an addition to yogurt, salads, cooled porridges, sauces, shakes, and other cooled dishes, both salty and sweet, giving them a pleasant nutty flavour. “6042018c6a7fd Why are hemp seeds so great?” • A SUPERFOOD that stands out among other plant products with its nutritional value due to the unique nutrient composition.
