Delivery
All our parcels are delivered with the help of DPD and DHL to your indicated address. For those living in the Baltic States, we also use Omniva Pick-Up and DPD Pick-Up services to deliver your goods. Local pick-up is also possible. Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on workdays, if possible, have the delivery sent to your work address in case the courier needs a signature upon receipt. If you wish to surprise someone else with a parcel from the Balticgifts.com, our courier will contact you to arrange a specific delivery time. If you would like to track the status of your shipment, use the tracking number we provided you with in the email and go to the corresponding website: Omniva or DPD Our sales are carried out in accordance with the current law of the Republic of Latvia.
Important information!
Dear customers! With Easter approaching, deliveries can and most likely will be delayed, so please place your order before 5 April!
If your chosen item is in stock, we will give it to the courier or place it in a parcel terminal within one working day. To ensure your order reaches you in time for the festive season, we encourage to consider local pick-up. We will not process orders from 7 to 10 April. All orders placed during this period will be processed on 11 April.
Delivery methods
Please be mindful of any customs charges that may apply in your destination country. We don’t control customs policies and can’t predict these extra charges if they occur, so it’s up to you to cover these. If you’re not sure, contacting your local customs office for further info will be helpful.
A VAT of 21 % is also calculated for each order to any EU country.

Local pickup
You can also pick up the goods at our shop at Rātslaukums 7, Old Town, (inside the House of the Blackheads) from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. After processing your order, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange the best pick-up time.Upon receipt of the product, you will be required to present a valid identity document (passport or ID).
