Frequently asked questions Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We try to give the customer exactly what he sees in the pictures, but it must be taken into account that the products we offer are handmade by artists and craftsmen, so there is a possibility that the actual product may differ from what is shown in the pictures. The same goes for colors. We try to show the most appropriate color for the product, but it may vary depending on the device and the screen settings you use.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

It should be noted that many of the products we offer are unique and cannot be physically reproduced by artists. If the product can be replicated, then we will restock. If the item you are interested in has a stock number, but you want more than current capacity, be sure to contact us and we will see what we can do about it.

How long will it take to ship my order?

If the product is in our storage, we guarantee that we will send it out within 1 – 3 working days after receiving the payment. If the product is not in our storage, then it will be shipped within 5 – 14 working days or sooner, after receiving the payment.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Delivery time varies, please read Shipping & Delivery page. Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions and other factors beyond our control, delivery may be delayed.

Can I pick up my order?

Sure, if you are in the Old Town area, you can pick up your gifts, we will be happy to meet you! You can pick up the goods at our shop at Rātslaukums 7, Old Town, (inside the House of the Blackheads) from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. After processing your order, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange the best pick-up time.

Please note: upon receipt of the product, you will be required to present a valid identity document (passport or ID).

If the size of the clothes I ordered does not fit, is it possible to change it?

Yes, we can change the wrong size. Please keep in mind that customer pays for additional delivery costs. The specific product will be exchangeable only if it does not have any defects and will be in the original packaging with the invoice. Please note that if the product is not in our stock, delivery may take longer.
